Terms of Use (EULA)

Effective date: August 27, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and JOE SOLUTIONS, INC. ("Joe Solutions," "we," "us") for your use of AlbumKo, including the host mobile app, guest web upload experience, and related services (the "Application"). It supplements the Joe Solutions Terms of Service.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, or by purchasing any in-app product or subscription, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Joe Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on devices you own or control, solely for hosting or participating in events through AlbumKo, and as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and App Store Usage Rules.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as allowed by law.
Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Application.
Bypass usage limits, quotas, authentication, or payment controls.
Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Use the Application in any unauthorized manner.

3. Host and guest roles

Hosts create events, configure storage, share join links or QR codes, and are responsible for their event and guest uploads. Guests use the web experience without a host account and should only upload content they have rights to share.

4. User content

You retain ownership of photos and content you or your guests upload. You grant Joe Solutions a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and store that content solely to operate AlbumKo features you enable.

5. In-app purchases and subscriptions

AlbumKo may offer paid products through Apple In-App Purchase, including:

Event entry fee (albumko_event_entry) — a consumable that unlocks hosting setup for an event.
AlbumKo Cloud subscriptions (albumko_cloud_monthly, albumko_cloud_yearly) — auto-renewable subscriptions for Joe Solutions–hosted cloud storage and related features, subject to quotas shown in the app.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies, except where local law requires otherwise.

Store-managed purchases are also subject to our Refund Policy where applicable.

6. Storage limits

AlbumKo Cloud is subject to storage quotas, shot limits, and fair-use constraints disclosed in the Application. We may refuse or remove uploads that exceed entitlements or violate this Agreement.

7. Privacy

Our data practices are described in the AlbumKo Privacy Policy and the Joe Solutions Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. JOE SOLUTIONS DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE OR THAT CONTENT WILL NEVER BE LOST.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOE SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APPLICATION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO JOE SOLUTIONS VIA APPLE FOR ALBUMKO IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $25, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of this Agreement, non-payment, legal risk, or service discontinuation. You may stop using the Application at any time.

11. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
